Accommodations: 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,700 sq ft, private 32''x 12' wide floating dock.
Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens plus 1 Futon Queen with 8" upgraded mattress and twin bed and
extra sleeping options. King and Queen beds are pillow-top mattresses and very
comfortable! Bedding & Linens provided. All utilities are included. Upstairs consist of a
giant room with vaulted ceilings. In the giant room is the Living, Family, Dining and
kitchen looking out over the Napa River. There is 1 bedroom (queen) and bath upstairs
with private deck and vaulted ceilings. The other 3 bedrooms (king, queen & queen futon)
and 2nd bath are on the first floor. Large Sectional Couch in Living Room. No Smoking
indoors.
