PRICING:

$300 Reservation Fee and Cleaning Deposit.

$345 per night with 2 night (off Season) / 3 night min. (Season)

$295 per night for 3 night (off Season) /  4-5 nights (Season)

$245 per night for 4-5 nights (off Season) / 6-13 nights (Season)

$210 per night for 6-8 nights (off Season) / 14-29 nights( Season)

$175 per night for 9-13 nights (off Season), 30+ nights (Season)

$150 per night for 14+ nights (off Season).





RESERVATION PROCEDURE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT:  To make reservations,
check for availability (see above). Then click the "Buy Now $300 Reservation Fee" button
below and pay by Credit Card, Paypal or mail us a check for $300.  Make sure you indicate
the days you are reserving with your payment or by email.  Reservation Fees consist of $100
Security Deposit and $200 Cleaning Deposit.  The $300 in deposits is returned after your
stay when property is left in good condition.  Make checks payable to and mail to the
following address: Napa River House LLC, 555 First St, #103, Benicia CA 94510

CLEANING DEPOSIT:  A $200 cleaning and a $100 security deposit is required  and
refunded if House is left in similar condition as found.  Guests may have the option of not
cleaning house upon departure for a pro-rated cleaning fee of up to $200+.    

PURCHASING A STAY:  To pay for your stay, select the appropriate price for the number
of nights, click the correct Buy Now button and then enter the number of nights you wish to
purchase.  We do accept checks.  When possible, all stays must be paid in full plus deposit
and reservation fee 30-days before stay begins.  

EXAMPLE of actual cost:  Total for 5 night stay would be 5 x $245 per night (off season
rate) $1,225 + $300 Security and Cleaning deposit = $1,525.  After stay, leave House in good
condition, $300 would be refunded.  The net cost for the 5 day stay = $1,225.     

SEASON: HOLIDAYS & SUMMER:  All Holiday  & Summer Weekends
(May - October) require 3-day minimum rental and are at SEASON rates.

OFF-SEASON: November-April.  

SPECIALS:  Weekday Only Special (Mon-Thurs Nights) Inquire for discount!  
JANUARY & FEBRUARY non-holiday stays have special rates!
